1970s Larry Vrba for Miriam Haskell pendant and chain. The main stone is jade with a filagree bail.
This piece is extremely rare, and after hours of digging through the Miriam Haskell archives (she dates back to 1926), I could not find a replica. I did not take this to an appraiser, so I cannot claim that this is real jade, Haskell did use real jade in her pieces, but she also liked to use faux-jade made of glass.
Measurements:
Chain: 13.5 inches long.
Pendant is 3 inches wide and 3.5 inches tall.
