1970s Larry Vrba for Miriam Haskell pendant and chain. Main stone is real unpolished jade with a filagree bail.
This piece is extremely rare, and after hours of digging through the Miriam Haskell archives (she dates back to 1926), I could not find a replica.
Measurements:
Chain: 13.5 inches long.
Pendant is 3 inches wide and 3.5 inches tall.
Description of Item:
Pendant is signed on the solid filigree back. It is a Solid, and not flimsy. Flat oval slide clasp on chain, so you are able to take the pendant off of chain. Marked on the clasp is patent 3427691, along with a signature on the other side of the clasp. Made in US.
The pendant has discoloration from old age, you would too! (; See the last picture for more information.

Miriam Haskell was an American costume jewelry designer and company founder, while Larry Vrba was a prominent jewelry designer who worked as head designer for the Miriam Haskell company in the 1970s, known for his distinctive large and ornate pieces.
